Use Cases
There are many ways to utilize your territory analysis far beyond a basic spreadsheet report. Below are a few of the most effective strategies for turning raw address data into organized, ready-to-use resources that directly support the friends in their ministry.
Divide Large Territories
Avoid the guesswork of manually counting blocks. When the Analyzer engine reads your territory polygons, the engine instantly calculates exact address counts per territory. This allows you to make informed decisions on how to divide up territories since you understand their density. Every hall is different.
See Every Address
Save hours of manual mapping. Rather than physically scouting streets for hidden address ranges, you get an immediate overview of every home within your territory boundaries. The engine instantly maps out every valid delivery location, providing a clean dataset that is structured and ready to import directly into your management software.
Accurate and Thorough Maps
Generate incredibly reliable lists for letter writing and door-to-door ministry. The tool isolates side-by-side duplexes and nested apartment units that typical routing software skips over, ensuring publishers have reliable records to work with. Since the data is based on address points, and not tax records, many hard to identify units are revealed.
Powerful Filters
The beauty of a structured spreadsheet lies in its customization. Alongside built-in features, you have complete freedom to apply your own data filters. By utilizing the precise column parameters, you can sort your data by practically any metric down to the territory.
